This appeal is to obtain a review of the trial court’s ruling on a pleading in an action to foreclose a real-estate mortgage on church property in Kansas City.

It appears that on and prior to February 6, 1926, the church property involved was owned by the Quayle Memorial Methodist Episcopal Church, a corporation. On that date that church sold and conveyed it by warranty deed to The Strangers’ Rest Baptist Church, an unincorporated religious organization.
