Petitioner seeks review of an order of the Psychiatric Security Review Board (PSRB or the board) denying his request for discharge from a state hospital. We affirm.

On January 19, 1995, petitioner was placed under PSRB jurisdiction for a maximum of 40 years following a trial at which he was found guilty except for insanity of the crimes of assault in the first degree and attempted murder.
