I. History
Jasper Engine Exchange, Inc., located in Jasper, Indiana, specializes in the re-manufacturing and resale of various automotive parts, including drive-train components, engines, transmissions, and differentials. 1 One of the two defendants, Kevin Sensmeier, began working for Jasper as a customer-service representative in the warranty department in November of 1996.
