Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit

1Opinion of the Court

BRIGHT, Circuit Judge.

The government appeals the district court’s 1 grant of the suppression of Anton-ino Cedillo Aguilar’s confession to drug activity, asserting that the district court erred in determining that the circumstances of Aguilar’s questioning rendered his confession involuntary. Relying on the United States Supreme Court’s recent opinion in Missouri v. Seibert, — U.S. -, 124 S.Ct. 2601, 159 L.Ed.2d 643 (2004), we affirm the district court’s suppression of Aguilar’s statements.
