—Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Vincent Vitale, J., at suppression hearing and jury trial; Alexander Hunter, J., at sentencing), rendered February 28, 1994, convicting defendant of robbery in the first degree (two counts), burglary in the first degree, and criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree, and sentencing him, as a persistent violent felony offender, to concurrent terms of 17 years to life on each robbery count, 17 years to life on the burglary count, and 10 years to life on the weapon count, unanimously affirmed.
