EZELL, Judge.

|, Henry A. Bernat appeals a trial court judgment granting an exception of res ju-dicata. The co-executrices of the Succession of Frank Bernat filed the exception of res judicata in response to Henry’s petition to annul the testament. Henry also *1280raises issues relating to a judgment of homologation. For the following reasons, we affirm the trial court’s judgment.

FACTS
