| t Bryan Reed appeals the trial court’s judgment granting summary judgment *990and sustaining an exception of res judicata in favor of Cowboy’s Western Store and Trailer Sales, Inc., Founders Insurance Company, Larry Bacque, Sr., Cowboys Saloon, L.L.C., Essex Insurance Company, and Bac Three, Inc. (collectively, “Cowboys”). Mr. Reed was injured when his tractor was rear-ended by a vehicle driven by Megan Smith, who was under the age of 21.
