ORDER ON OBJECTION TO EXEMPTION

This matter is before the Court on Janet B. Haigler, the chapter 7 trustee’s (“Trustee”) objection to a claimed exemption of Nathaniel Bell Brown (“Debtor”) in personal injury settlement proceeds [Docket No. 17]. Debtor filed a response to Trustee’s objection on March 23, 2016 [Docket No. 24]. A hearing was held on May 19, 2016.
