ROSE, District Judge.

In these cases the Federal Trade Commission seeks a mandamus to compel the respondents, each a corporation, the first two of Maryland and the last of Delaware, and each of them engaged in foreign and interstate as well as intrastate trade in grain, to permit the petitioner’s agents to examine, inspect, and cop3f respondents’ hooks of account, records, documents, correspondence, and paper writings relating to or bearing upon their business in interstate commerce, and all letters and telegrams passing between the respondents and the latter’s jobber customers throughout the…
