In the case at bar the testimony of respondent himself, together with the testimony of appellant and other witnesses, establishes undisputedly that the deceased wife of George Wilson, from the time of their marriage down to the year 1926, devoted her entire time, energy and labor to the furtherance of the business of the Prater Company, which was a Wilson corporation and in which Mrs. Wilson was part owner.
