Simplex Wire and Cable Company, Inc. appeals from a decision of the appellate division of the department of employment security (DES), RSA 282-A:62, affirming an award of unemployment compensation benefits on the theory that, upon the expiration of a collective bargaining agreement, Simplex effected a constructive lockout by offering continued employment only on *42terms that the employees could not reasonably accept. See RSA 282-A:36, Il-a. We reverse.
