MEMORANDUM OPINION

MARTIN V. B. BOSTETTER, Jr., Bankruptcy Judge.

Charles Richard Hurdle and Frances Audrey Hurdle, husband and wife, the debtors herein, seek confirmation of their proposed Chapter 13 plan, as amended. An objection to confirmation of the plan was filed by Beneficial Finance Company of Virginia (“Beneficial”) on the grounds that it is a partial holder of a secured claim on the debtors’ household goods, notwithstanding the fact that the debtors have scheduled it as an unsecured creditor.
