MEMORANDUM OPINION ON ORDER DENYING CONFIRMATION OF CHAPTER 13 PLAN NOT FILED IN GOOD FAITH AS REQUIRED BY 11 U.S.C. § 1325(a)(3).

On November 6, 1979, Ms. Linda Beaver filed her petition seeking protection under Chapter 13 of the United States Bankruptcy Code, and paid the required $60 filing fee. A first meeting of creditors was held on December 12, 1979. Subsequently, on December 26, 1979, a hearing was held before this Court to determine if the plan should be confirmed.
