MEMORANDUM OPINION
STEPHEN S. MITCHELL, Bankruptcy Judge.
This case is before the court on an objection to confirmation that seeks to stake out the limits of good faith in a “chapter 20” filing. Specifically, Ford Motor Credit Company (“Ford”), the sole creditor in this case, has objected to a plan that proposes to pay it only the replacement value of its collateral (an automobile) and to pay nothing on account of the unsecured deficiency claim that was discharged in the debtor’s prior chapter 7 case.
