This action was brought by the plaintiff against the defendants to recover upon a certain policy of fire insurance. Judgment was against the plaintiff and appellant and in favor of the defendants and respondents. After judgment a motion for a new trial was made by the plaintiff on the grounds: 1. That the evidence is insufficient to justify the decision of the court; 2. That the decision is against law; and, 3.
