This suit in equity was instituted in the Circuit Court of Gilmer County by the plaintiff, K. M. Bennett, Ad-ministratrix of Byrd A. Bennett, deceased, to determine who] as between the plaintiff and the defendants, Loretto X. Bennett, Executrix, and P. A. Bennett, Executor, of Carey M. Bennett, is entitled to the proceeds of a policy of life insurance issued to Carey M. Bennett in his lifetime.
