The complaint alleges that Abraham Crosney at the time of his death was insolvent and indebted to the plaintiff in the sum of $50,000; that the defendant was the wife of the said Abraham Crosney and that “ she, in the lifetime of her said husband, or the said Abraham Crosney, caused his life to be insured in various insurance companies in her name as a beneficiary and for her benefit; ” that premiums for such insurance were paid annually out of the property of the said Abraham Crosney in an amount greatly in excess of $500, and that at the time of the payment of such premiums Abraham Crosney…
