*488Defendant Du-All Safety, LLC (Du-All) timely filed its expert witness disclosure pursuant to the Code of Civil Procedure,1 identifying two experts it expected to call at trial. Plaintiffs' expert disclosure *489identified two experts to testify as to the same subjects as Du-All's experts, and also five more experts in other subjects.
