Now before the Court is a Motion for Summary Judgment and Motion to Strike and Objections to Evidence Offered in Opposition to Defendant’s Motion for Summary Judgment, filed by Defendant Dolgencorp, LLC (Defendant or Dolgencorp or Dollar General).
