GAGLIARDI, District Judge.
Plaintiffs commenced this action pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e (“Title VII”), and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 against the Board of Trustees of the City University of New York (“Board”). 1 The action is based upon alleged sex discrimination in the Board’s employment practices. The Board is a body corporate, existing under Articles 125 and 126 of the New York Education Law and governs and administers the City University of New York (“CUNY”), a public higher education institution consisting of nineteen educational units. 2 The court has…
