The Commonwealth appeals from an order of the Superior Court that affirmed the trial court’s quashing of indictments against appellees Columbia Investment Corporation, and two of its officers Herbert Burstein, and Jack Shapiro. The Superior Court held that appellees were “in the status of accused persons” when called to testify before an investigating grand jury.
