Scot Costa (Claimant) petitions for review of an adjudication of the Workers’ Compensation Appeal Board (Board) that affirmed the decision of the Workers’ Compensation Judge (WCJ) to award him compensation in an amount net of his unemployment compensation benefits and to deny him attorney’s fees. Claimant asserts that the WCJ erred in its calculation of his compensation award because his employer, Carlisle Carriers Corp., did not present evidence on this credit, specifically on what portion of Claimant’s unemployment compensation benefits was funded by Employer.…
