This action was originally instituted in the district court of Shawnee county, by the county .attorney of such county, in the name of the state, for the purpose of perpetually enjoining the further continuance of an illegal liquor saloon, in which intoxicating liquors were illegally, continuously, and persistently sold, to be drank on the premises as a beverage.
