Much of appellant’s brief is taken up with a discussion and comparison of the evidence in this case, and it must be said that the evidence is somewhat conflicting, but perhaps the discrepancies may be referred to the fact that nearly two years had elapsed between the happening of the accident and the date of the trial. We are not permitted to enter into a discussion as to the weight of evidence where there is any substantial evidence to justify the verdict.
