Hugh Stroh was disbarred by this court in 1982 for witness tampering. He. now petitions for reinstatement.

Facts

Stroh was admitted to the Washington State Bar in 1970, and had a general practice in which he handled civil and nonfelony criminal matters. In 1977, during the course of handling a driving while intoxicated defense for a client, Stroh had a discussion with the arresting police officer which resulted in the filing of a charge of witness tampering against him.
