This is an original action in this court to review an award of the State Industrial Commission, entered in favor of Minnie Dampf, claimant, against the Southwest Box Company, respondent.

Claimant seeks to sustain a recovery of compensation for an injury to her back, which she alleges occurred when she fell from a table on which she was working.
