This is Cornelius “Neal” Johnson’s direct appeal from convictions of aggravated robbery, K.S.A. 21-3427, aggravated burglary, K.S.A. 21-3716, first-degree (felony) murder, K.S.A. 21-3401(b), and subsequent sentences of life in prison, consecutive to a term of 95 months for the aggravated robber)' conviction, and consecutive to the term of 34 months for the aggravated burglary conviction.
