This is a suit in equity to compel the officials of the bureau of irrigation, the Platte Valley Public Power and Irrigation District, and numerous junior appropriators of water from the North Platte river, to respect plaintiff district’s priority of appropriation, to enjoin unlawful diversions of water to which the plaintiff district as a senior appropriator is entitled, and to secure a decree establishing the relative rights of the parties to the waters of the North Platte river.
