The Tacoma Railway and Power Company is a corporation organized under the laws of this state, having a capital stock of twenty thousand shares, of the par value of $100 each, and owning and operating a street- railway in the city of Tacoma, in the State .of Washington. The Seattle-Tacoma Interurban Raihvay is a corporation organized under the laws of the State of Washington.
