The record on this appeal is meagre. The questions arise on the administration of the estate of the testatrix, Amelia Snyder, by her executor, Carroll G. Wareheim. The will is not set forth, but sufficient facts are given to show that, after a conversion of all her real and per sonal property, the net proceeds were given in equal shares to her five nieces and nephews, Edwin Frank, Lydia Heindel, Amelia A.
