Now pending before the Court is Defendant, April McKnight’s motion to expunge her criminal record — an arrest for, and charge of, theft of government property (shoplifting). (ECF No. 10). The government did not oppose the motion for ex-pungement. (ECF No. 13). No hearing is necessary. Local Rule 105.6 (D.Md.2011).
