HAWLEY, District Judge.

This is a suit in equity to quiet title to certain property. The views that have been heretofore expressed, and the principles of law that have been discussed and decided by this court; in this case (54 Fed. 55; 59 Fed. 6; 63 Fed. 213), will not be considered, commented upon, or reviewed. The case will iiow be considered upon its merits.
