MEMORANDUM AND ORDER

NICKERSON, District Judge.

Plaintiff brought this suit pro se pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000e et seq., alleging employment discrimination and naming the General Assembly of the United Nations as defendant.

The complaint alleges, in substance, that defendant has denied and continues to deny plaintiff a position of permanent employment on account of his race and African nationality.
