LORD, District Judge.

Plaintiff is an electronics engineer who is employed by the Radio Corporation of America (hereinafter referred to as “R. C.A.”) in Camden, New Jersey. The employer has made contracts with the United States of America which involve the Industrial Personnel Security Program. That is, the R.C.A. is doing work for the government which involves information classified as secret.
