Plaintiff Fisher Brothers brought this action individually and on behalf of a putative class of direct purchasers of copper water tubing against defendants Cambridge-Lee Industries, Inc. (“Cambridge-Lee”), Cerro Copper Products, Inc. (“Cerro”), Halstead Industries, Inc. (“Halstead”), and Howell Metals Company (“Howell”), for relief from defendants’ alleged price-fixing in violation of Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1.
