FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
HOOD, District Judge.
I. INTRODUCTION/BACKGROUND
This matter is before the Court on the parties’ request for final approval of the parties’ class action settlement resolving plaintiffs’ complaint filed on May 10, 2006. A Fairness Hearing was held on October 5, 2006. Although Objections were filed by several individuals, no objectors appeared at the hearing.
