Mildred Dumitrov, appellant, originally brought an action against Jan Hitt, appel-lee, to remove Hitt as the administrator of the estate of Catherine Coker, Dumitrov’s daughter. This court affirmed the trial court’s judgment removing Hitt as administrator. 1 This appeal concerns the trial court’s approval of Hitt’s application for reimbursement for attorney’s fees incurred by him in unsuccessfully defending the removal action.
