ORDER AND MEMORANDUM

SCOTT 0. WRIGHT, District Judge.

This action arises out of the collapse of two skywalks at the Hyatt Regency Hotel of Kansas City, Missouri on July 17, 1981. Plaintiff, Molly Riley, moves this Court to certify as a class action those claims of business invitees of the hotel who suffered physical, mental or property damage as the result of the collapse of the two skywalks. Several plaintiff-intervenors and defendants oppose class certification for varied reasons.
