RONEY, Circuit Judge:

This is an action by claimant James T. Blanks under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g), for review of a final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare denying him old age insurance benefits on the ground that he had failed to establish that he had reached 62 years of age, the minimum age for entitlement to such benefits. See § 202(a) of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 402(a). The District Court, finding that the administrative decision was supported by substantial evidence, granted the Secretary’s motion…
