GEWIN, Circuit Judge:
Marion W. Jackson appeals from the judgment of the district court affirming upon review under § 205(g) of the Social Security Act 1 the final decision of the Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare, holding that he is not entitled to a period of disability or to disability insurance benefits under §§ 216(i) and 223 of the Social Security Act. 2 After a careful review of the record and briefs in this case we find ourselves compelled to disagree with the court’s finding that the Secretary’s determination is supported by substantial evidence, and therefore vacate and…
