Affirming.

This is a proceeding contesting the will of the late T. J. Shoemaker, an appeal being prosecuted from ai judgment on a verdict directed at the close of contestants’ evidence.

The testator was left an orphan when very young. He and his brother John had begun to accumulate some property as partners when John married. After living with him a few years, they divided their property and testator went to live alone. He never married and always lived in extreme squalor. What he called his home was but an old shack with the broken window panes…
