This is an appeal from what is called a judgment on verdicts on five issues sent.from the Orphans’ Court of Anne Arundel County to the Circuit Court for that county in reference to the will of Louise Kruger, but we assume it was intended to be from the rulings of the Court at the trial of those issues. The case was tried in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County, to which it had been removed.
