Plaintiff in error, Fred Hannan, defendant in the trial court, was convicted of the illegal possession of intoxicating liquor, with his punishment fixed by the jury at confinement in the county jail for a period of 30 days and to pay a fine of $50.
At the time of the alleged offense, as set out in the information, and for a number of years prior thereto, the defendant had been operating a hotel at 616-618 E avenue in the city of Lawton.
