Plaintiff TDC Lending LLC filed a Complaint against multiple defendants after discovering a loan to an NFL player was lost as a result of identity theft. The Individual Defendants-Jared Lucero, James Brett Boren, Michael Burke, Jed Robinson, Eric Enloe, Parker Enloe, Justin Griffin, Kellen Jones, and Michael Pedersen-jointly filed a Motion for Judgment on the Pleadings,1 asking the court for judgment on the claims asserted against them.
