This is an appeal by the condemnor in an eminent domain proceeding from a jury award of $25,000.00.

Appellant, Central Kansas Electric Cooperative, Inc., found it necessary to construct a 69,000 volt transmission line approxi mately nineteen miles in length starting eleven miles north of Kinsley and running to a point southeast of Larned. The route of the proposed line ran along the north border of a quarter section of farm land owned by Stanley R. and Rebecca Z. Clowers and Warren A. and Phyllis L. Zook.
