This appeal comes to the writer upon reassignment. It involves an action for damages resulting from fraud and deceit arising out of the sale of a 1964 Corvette Sports Coupe automobile. Plaintiff dismissed his cause of action against defendant Bollinger and we will hereafter refer to defendant Brown as “defendant”. Plaintiff recovered judgment against defendant in the amount of $609.57. He appeals alleging there was insufficient evidence to warrant the giving of plaintiff’s verdict directing instruction.
