BRADY, Commissioner.

This is an appeal from a judgment for $7,000 which a jury unanimously awarded respondent, hereinafter called plaintiff, for personal injuries suffered as a result of a collision at Sarah and Olive Streets in the City of St. Louis, on August 3, 1956, between a tractor (truck) operated by plaintiff and an automobile driven by appellant, hereinafter referred to as defendant. The action was originally brought by one Emig, against Auffenberg Auto Sales, Oscar Taylor, Proctor Sales Co., and Francis Lyons.
