Before the Court is an appeal of the Middle District of Tennessee Bankruptcy Court’s ruling concerning the proposed assignment of Service Merchandise Company, Inc.’s (“Service Merchandise” or “Debtors”) unexpired lease for store 533, located in West Oaks I Shopping Center, Novi, Michigan (“Novi Lease”). In its September 6, 2002 order, the Bankruptcy Court overruled the objections of Ramco-Gershenson Properties, L.P.
