In these two appeals, consolidated for argument and for purposes of this opinion; we are asked to determine: first, whether an exclusive contract between a radiologist, defendant Larry Killebrew, and a hospital, defendant Edmond Memorial Hospital (EMH), together with the exclusion of *1390plaintiff, the former radiologist at EMH, violate Section 1 of the Sherman Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1; and second, whether Rule 11 sanctions were justified against one of Appellant’s attorneys based on that attorney’s submission of a motion to the court during the summary judgment proceedings.
