Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this Court by order of the Supreme Court, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of respondent which revoked petitioner’s parole.

Petitioner, sentenced to a prison term of 3% to 7 years upon his conviction of the crime of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, was subsequently released to parole supervision.
